I did this lo for the Color Combos Galore challenge. Life in general has it's ups and downs...I am a firm believer in staying positive! I try to remember to have child like trust in God and to keep my feet firmly planted in his word (baby shoes in the grass)...knowing that everything works out for the good for those who love God with all their heart. Knowing this, I thought it would be wonderful to do a lo on it!

3 Wonderful blessings!
I did this lo, of my three children, for the Color Combos galore challenge. As a part of the challenge, there is the designer's focus on the topic challenge which reflected mothers day. They ask you to document the best mothers day gift you ever received or gave. Without even having to think...I know that the best gift I've ever been given for mother's day
is my three children...all so different, yet all such a huge blessing in my life!

Us!
Hello there...today I want to share a lo that I did for 'Once upon a sketch' challenge. This challenge was to do your journaling on a journaling spot and to come as close to their sketch as you could. I decided to do this lo of hubby and I. When we were younger our paths crossed many times yet we didn't know each other until college. I happen to be running late for my math class and when I walked in the class the only seat left was one next to my hubby. I took my seat and we just hit it off sooooooooooooo well. Within a short period we realized that we knew some of the same people and hung out with these people when we were younger...the two of us spent time together as youngsters and then were put together again as young adults! It was simply meant to be!!!

Fashion
Fashion...yup, I love fashion! All you who know me also know that I love vintage goodies....a lot! I wanted to do this month's challenge for Kraft it up which calls for kraft paper and NO pattern paper so I did just that to create a vintage 'fashion' statement. I used a gal from the front of a pattern, a ledger strip, measuring tape, stickers, paint, orange spray, blue cloth and a button. Loved this challenge!
