Once Upon A Sketch Challenge!

Hi everyone! Yup, it's live! The OUAS challenge for June is up! Yippee! It's all about a birthday celebration! This month we are asking you to follow the sketch by Nadia, the very sweet creator and owner of OUAS, and the following birthday criteria: interpret the theme "birthdays" however you like. You can journal as little or as much as you like.
The lo that I did is about how yummy the birthday cakes were over the years as a kid. I had a lot of fun doing this lo and I'm sure you will too. This is my last lo as a DT member for OUAS as my term is now up....very sad, yet very exciting....wait until you see the new line-up of gals coming on board...absolutely fantastic....you are going to love them all! And a big congrats to all of them!!!! Yeah!!!

Celebrations!

Hi everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Memorial day weekend! Today I'd like to share a lo that I did using an Once Upon a Sketch, sketch that, the very talented, Nadia made for the OUAS December challenge. As many of you know, I had undergone emergecy surgery at that time and was unable to participate with the rest of the team, but I just absolutely loved the sketch and decided to do it now....there is always something to celebrate about ...right!

That awesome clock/clock parts is from Imaginarium Designs. I used some embossing powder on it to get the color that I wanted. I just love ID chipboard!
