Paperdvizhnik double exposure challenge!

Hi everyone! Today I'd like to share a lo that I did for the latest Paperdvizhnik "double exposure" challenge. This challenge is super cool! We would like you to present us with a creation which has a double exposure on it! For me, I did a lo of my dd biking with a different exposure of a swag with three items hanging from it; A photo and XO. With the double exposure, the photo of the people sitting looks like they are watching her bike and the XO is a great symbol to use to portray her love of biking.

GA Rustic Challenge!

Hi everyone!  Today I am thrilled to share my mini book for my  Gauche Alchemy "Rustic" project. I decided to use rustic colors as my base for this mini book of mine.

I am such a fan of vintage trinkets, and this "rustic" project gives me a great starting point to store all kinds of "old" goodies that I find along the way of my everyday adventures.

The rusty nail was something that I found, while walking one day, and I knew I would be able to use it for something neat.....an voila....I have used it! 

The flower was given to me, and after letting it dry out, the color was a gorgeous deep maroon, which went perfectly with my mini book that I created. 

I can't wait to start filling this mini with all kinds of neat treasures!

Paperdvizhnik light and shadow challenge!

Hi everyone! Today I'd like to share the latest Paperdvizhnik "light and shadow" challenge. For this challenge, there is no positive without negative. Use 'light and shadow'; it could be light/dark colors, but also it could be the theme, for example: love and hate. We want you to be creative! For my lo, I used both light and dark colors, but I also used a sad/happy theme. (The sadness, was the passing of my father, and the happiness is now.....now, that time has passed, I can see and feel happiness once again).

Mail art!

Hi everyone! Today I'd like to share some mail art with you. This is a large postcard "mail art" that I sent to my dd through the mail. I made it from a re-purposed flyer, that I had received in the mail. What a surprise this was to my dd when she got it.....totally not expecting this. I also wrote on, and decorated, the 'send to side' of the card. I had a blast with this one!
