Mixed Media fun!

Hi everyone! Today I'd like to share a folder that I put together using The Paper Bakery April mixed media kit. Wow! Love these kits! For this folder, I decided to decorate it and use it as a folder to store some photos of pics that I want to scrap.....how fun and useful is that. Love those kits that you can make useful things out of! Yeah!

 

Love the fun paint included in this kit. Great colors and go perfectly with the striped washi tape, also included in the kit, don't you think!

Scrapfriends art lo!

Mixed media and sketch fun!

Hi everyone! Today I'd like to share some mixed media folders that I put together with The Paper Bakery April mixed media kit and my take on the latest sketch challenge that we have going on. For the first folder, I painted the background with the yummy paints, included in the kit, and then added some of the pp from a Studio Calico pad, also in the kit. I made the gal from one of the book pages from the March mm kit.

 

 

For the second folder, I coated the folder with gesso, which is in the kit, and then I sewed together a bunch of the papers, added some of that fun tissue paper, also in the kit, and voila, I now have an art folder to put bits and pieces in. That's one of the great things about these kits.....they can actually be useful for your everyday things! Yeah!

I love you journal page!

Hi everyone! Today I'd like to share a journal page that I did for the latest challenge at Paperdvizhnik. For this challenge, they want you to do something that you associate with the word "warmth". For me, it's this sweet pic of my two daughters together....it simply brings warmth to my heart! I did this page in a journaling book that I'm making for one of my daughter. I wanted to keep the page soft and warm and keep the focus on the pic.

Comfy lo!

Hi everyone! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Today I'd like to share a lo that I did using The Paper Bakery March scrapping kit "Soda Shop". Love this kit with all it's fun, upbeat papers and embellies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For this lo, I used some of the Elle's pattern papers, included in the kit. Also used one of those fabulous flair buttons from the shop.....love those buttons!

Love the green & white tape, alpha's, wooden veneer arrows, and that sweet flower card. I really think it all goes together so well. Sarah, the wonderful owner of the Paper Bakery, puts these kits together like no other!
