Mixed media fun!

Hi everyone! Today I'd like to share a book that I put together using The Paper Bakery March Mixed media kit. Wow! Love this kit. And this month The Paper Bakery is teaming up with Elle's Studio so I was able to play along with some amazing Elle Studio products. Fun, fun, fun! I started playing with the book, in the kit, by decorating the cover using the pages from the book, the gold metallic rub, gesso, Elle's tags, and Glimmer glaze, included in the kit. From there I started to play with the pages.



Here are some of the pages that I created. Some of the pages were decorated with this month's color mediums only and some I added past mm color mediums.

 

This page was decorated with the color mediums in the March mm kit only. Love the cream metallic rub and very cool glimmer glaze which goes on with a tiny brush, like nail polish.

 

 

I did this page as a celebration of the Paper Bakery & Elle's Studio team-up. The graphics for the Paper Bakery is a cupcake. I went with that and added the special flair button that was made up for the team-up. I also added some of the washi tape from the March scrapping kit.

 

 

For this page, I followed the Elle's Thursday sketch. All of you that know me, know I love my tea/coffee, so I thought this would be perfect to have a page in the book about this. Once again, I used a special flair button (which can be found in the Paper Bakery shop), the true happiness Elle stamp, Elle pp (morning, afternoon, evening), the tag, wooden veneer, alphas, and red glimmer mist from both the PB scrapping and mm kit.
